BRIEF CORPORATE HISTORY

1995: Creation of Envision Software Consultants Inc. by Mark Randolph with the goal of developing and delivering software solutions as well as custom development of line of business applications for various clients in the textile and food industries.

1995: With his strong accounting and auditing background Hugues Veilleux takes position as a founding team member of a new division of 3soft corporation dedicated to the sales and implementation of Great Plains Dynamics.

1996: Hugues Veilleux and Partner form Great Plains Consultancy.

2001: Solfit Inc. is founded by Hugues Veilleux. Solfit, an acronym for SOLutions that FIT, delivers and implements Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains to many small and midsized companies requiring strong financial controls and reporting.

2003: Envision-Solfit Business Solutions is established from the merger of Envision software consultants inc and Solfit Inc. The merger produced an organization capable of delivering full featured turnkey solutions. Expertise of the combined team included Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Retail Management, Microsoft CRM as well as extensive infrastructure and hardware experience.

2004: Envision-Sofit Business Solutions becomes Microsoft Gold certified Partner with specialization in Microsoft Business Solutions and Network Infrastructure Solutions.

2006: Envision-Solfit adds Microsoft Small Business Specialists to its specializations.

2007: Envision-Solfit is Rebranded Texo. Marking the beginning of a new era and refreshed corporate vision.
