RMS Scheduling and Timing

Designed specifically for businesses that need scheduling, timing and POS for one or many resources Features include:

1. Ideal for Indoor Golf Simulators, Shooting Ranges, Tanning Booths etc.
2. Uses Outlook for scheduling of one or many resources.
3. Schedule appointments for new or existing clients stored in Microsoft RMS.
4. Timers keeps track of Game times
5. Creates an open tab in Microsoft RMS for drinks, snacks and accessories.
6. Calculates bill at game end based on highly flexible hourly rate table.
7. Bills can be split amongst players.
     

eCommerce Bridge Module

The eCommerce Bridge Module leverages the internet orders functionality provided within store operation to create a low cost solution to integrating an existing ecommerce site. Features include:

1. Import of incoming orders to appear in internet orders list within store operations.
2. Generates and sends inventory on hand file to enable accurate web availability.
3. User defined connection schedule for sending and receiving information.
     

Store Replenishment Module

The Store Replenishment Module allows chains that are using headquarters and warehouses to use a central inventory to manage and automate replenishment of their stores. By applying an easily customizable replenishment algorithm the system will automatically distribute inventory on hand to the stores that need it the most. Features include:

1. Uses an aggregated data model to allow speedy processing regardless of the number of SKU’s to be replenished.
2. Source of inventory can be store operations database or Dynamics GP inventory Site.
3. Generates list of suggested transfer and allows user to remove unwanted sku’s
4. Generates Picking slips for preparing transfers to store.
    

Delivery Management Module

The Delivery Management Module allows the management of the delivery process within RMS. Features include:

1. Ability to create Individual delivery appointment for each line within a sales order
2. Integrates with Outlook calendar for deliveries to verify availability and create appointments automatically
3. Allows pre-selection of serial numbers
4. Prints Picking list for truck loading
5. Prints delivery manifest for driver. Includes payment information as well as signature area
